AI Speech To Text

By clicking on "AI Speech To Text" on the left navigation bar, you access the page for transcribing audio files, or "Speech-To-Text" (STT). 

Here you can upload .mp3, .mp4, .mpeg, .mpga, .m4a, .wav, and .webm files up to a maximum of 25 Mb each. 

You can transcribe a lesson, a phone call, a meeting, or any other spoken recording. For optimal results, it is obviously recommended that the recording is clean and without background noise. 

To use this service, you need to have purchased a top-up or subscribe to a subscription plan that includes available "minutes". The minutes relating to the duration of the uploaded files will be counted and therefore deducted from the credit.

In addition to uploading an audio file, you can optionally provide a brief description of what is inside the file to help AI understand and transcribe.

You can then select the language of the audio or leave "Auto Detect" to have the AI automatically detect the language.

Finally, in "Task Type" you can choose whether to obtain a transcription or a transcription directly translated into English, whatever the original language.

The pair made up of the obtained transcription and the file that generated it is stored under Documents>All Transcripts, while it is possible to export only the obtained transcription (in Word or PDF format), or also save it in a workbook, immediately and with a click directly from the transcription page.
